How Cheevo works
The rules.
500+ cheevos, 350+ places, one city. Seven rules cover all of it.
01
Be there.
Check in from within 200 meters of the place (a bit more for big sites like parks and stadiums). Cheevo checks your location when you tap Check in.
Some cheevos take any place of a kind, like any dive bar or any museum. A few just need you to be somewhere in Greater New Orleans.
200 m
02
Points count once.
Each cheevo pays its points the first time you unlock it. Most are worth 10 to 25. Going back doesn't add points, but it does do this:

03
Keep the week alive.
Unlock at least one cheevo every week to keep your streak going. Weeks start on Monday, New Orleans time. Miss a whole week and it starts over.

04
Some only happen once a year.
Parades, Carnival and Jazz Fest get a new cheevo each year, like Jazz Fest Jiver 2027. Gold names below have one.
