Permanently remove your account and data

This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:

  • • Your profile information and settings
  • • All achievements you've unlocked
  • • Photos and videos you've uploaded
  • • Comments, likes, and social connections
  • • Activity history and progress data

Complete Data Removal

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data from our systems:

Personal Information

Name, username, email, bio, profile picture

Achievement Data

All unlocked achievements, progress, and related media

Social Data

Followers, following, comments, likes, mentions

Activity & Preferences

Notification settings, app preferences, activity history

Deletion Timeline

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App (Recommended)

  1. 1. Open Cheevo app and sign in
  2. 2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account
  3. 3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4. Follow the confirmation steps

Option 2: Email Support

Send us an email with your account information and we'll process the deletion for you.

Request Account Deletion

Before You Delete

• Make sure you have downloaded any photos or videos you want to keep

• Consider exporting your data if you want a copy for your records

• Any achievements will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered

• Your username will become available for others to use
