Cheevo is a gamification platform that allows users to discover places, attend events, and unlock achievements in the real world. The App uses location services to verify check-ins and enable location-based features.

3. User Accounts

To use Cheevo, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat the achievement system
• Use location spoofing or other methods to fake check-ins

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post to Cheevo. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you share.

6. Intellectual Property

The Cheevo name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of Cheevo. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cheevo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Location Services

Cheevo uses location services to enable check-ins and verify achievement unlocks. By using these features, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings, though this may limit App functionality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any third-party content, venues, or events featured in the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
